Join the Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) as the CED (Customer Experience and Delivery) Training Delivery Manager, where you'll shape, deliver, and continuously improve technical training for CED staff. Lead a team responsible for designing and executing training programs that reinforce critical skills and ensure best practices in customer experience. With your technical expertise and leadership, you'll provide strategic guidance, develop engaging content, and coach staff to excellence. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organisational goals and maintains high quality and consistency across the board.

Take charge of designing and overseeing our in-house technical training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards in knowledge transfer and service delivery as the CED (Customer Experience and Delivery) Training Delivery Manager.
Reporting directly to the Director, Customer Experience, you will manage a team of three, providing direct coaching and support to foster a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement are key. Utilise your subject matter expertise and collaborative mindset to develop technical training programs that align with organisational goals and continually seek ways to refine program materials.
