Take charge of designing and overseeing our in-house technical training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards in knowledge transfer and service delivery as the CED (Customer Experience and Delivery) Training Delivery Manager.
Reporting directly to the Director, Customer Experience, you will manage a team of three, providing direct coaching and support to foster a collaborative environment where knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement are key. Utilise your subject matter expertise and collaborative mindset to develop technical training programs that align with organisational goals and continually seek ways to refine program materials.
