We are currently seeking a Senior Functional CE Consultant to join our team in South Australia!
You must be either an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident based in South Australia or willing to relocate.
Experience Required:
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement gained in multiple full lifecycle delivery projectsDemonstrated expertise in configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE to meet complex business requirementsGovernment project experience beneficialExtensive Consulting experience gained through the implementation and maintenance of complex customer projectsUnderstand the broader Microsoft stack and applying this to customer solutions (PowerPlatform, Azure)Excellent consulting skills with strong experience guiding customers, facilitating workshops, performing Business Analysis dutiesProven experience in leading and managing CRM implementation projectsStrong leadership and team management skillsExemplary written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a complex environmentAbility to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problemsClient Centric attitude, with a sense of urgency, strong teamwork, flexible and positive 'can do' approach
