About the opportunity The Support Coordinator / Recovery Coach is responsible for the delivery of NDIS funded Support Coordination. This is a capacity building support specifically provided to NDIS participants to assist in strengthening a participant's ability to design, manage, and ultimately control their own supports, recognizing each participant's inherent ability to exercise choice and control.
As our Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach, you will support participants to understand their NDIS plan. While supporting participants to navigate NDIS service providers and the supports that they provide to achieve their goals, you will link participants into community, mainstream, and other government services.
