About Us:  T house at Jells is about community and hospitality. Sourcing out the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients to work with. Our venue:  We are located in the heart of Jells Park operating 7 days a week from 7am to 3 pm, with a beautiful view of the lake. We will have a newly renovated kitchen, dining room and kiosk with a progressive menu and future plans to expand. All sections will be hustling and bustling 7 days a week from 7am-3pm looking to do high volume, quality output. 
Position Overview:  We are seeking passionate Fulltime Chefs to join our team here at T House at Jells. Positions available are Senior chef , Sous chef and Junior chefs . Your roll will be to produce and maintain the standards set, and consistency. We have multiple sections in the kitchen in which we can rotate amongst the chefs so you can learn and progress. 
Main duties:  Assist with food preparation and plating. Work and communicate with fellow team members. Maintain a clean and organised section and kitchen. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Prepare and cook high quality food Skills / Experience Required:  Cdp/Senior Chef Experience in the kitchen is essential. Strong fundamentals. Must be able to work autonomously. Passionate about work. Hold, maintain and manage a section of their own. 2. Sous chef 
Experience in holding, maintaining and managing a kitchen in the head chefs absence. Creating and developing specials. Collaborating with head chef on menus. Placing and receiving goods. Hold a section on their own. Good communication, mentoring skills. Proficient in food preparation and management. Passionate about work. 3. Commis Chef/Junior Chef 
Experience in similar roleStrong fundamentals. Assist with food preparation and plating. Work and communicate with fellow team members. Maintain a clean and organised section and kitchen. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Prepare and cook high quality food.
