Develop, manage and lead the team, enabling our Community Development Program (CDP) participants and other community members to pursue and achieve their goals, improve their quality of life and increase the support to access all opportunities available within community.
Travel will be required in this role with overnight stays. Responsibilities Lead and develop local staff across sites. Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Strong communication skills and senior management advisory experience. Track record of successful CDP operation management. Commitment to continuous improvement and project management. Dedication to maintaining a robust WHS framework. Analytical and problem-solving skills with risk management expertise. Ethical integrity in Community Development Service delivery.
