DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Principals and Managers to deliver client value Manage complete tax compliance for diverse clients Initiate client communication to foster strong relationships Analyze client structures and aid in tax advice preparation Create financial statements, track KPIs, and develop client goals Identify avenues for enhancing client business growth
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
2-3 years in professional practice as an Accountant CA/CPA/IPA qualified or actively pursuing qualification Familiarity with current tax legislation and application with partner guidance Skilled in managing client portfolios Ability to mentor junior/intermediate staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates initiative, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail Proficient in Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero, and Microsoft Office Enthusiastic about developing a fulfilling career Passionate about supporting clients in business growth
