About You: Proven success in implementing change initiatives within large, complex service organisations. Relevant qualifications in change management (e.g. Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Project Management) or equivalent experience with various change management methodologies.Skilled in stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness analysis, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead transformation across diverse stakeholder groups. Expertise in improving program understanding and objectives, and fostering commitment to change through a collaborative approach.Where you'll be working:
Based at Gosford Hospital, the SmartChain Change Implementation Lead will oversee and drive change management activities to support the implementation of SmartChain solutions and systems throughout the district.
