Central Coast Local Health District is looking for Registered Nurses to join the team on C5, Renal and Oncology ward at Gosford Hospital. About You You are highly organised and prioritise workload within a healthcare environment.
You are able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve health goals.
You have demonstrated knowledge/experience within Renal/Oncology wards.
You have highly developed communication skills and can liaise with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
What you'll be doing C5 is a renal/oncology ward at Gosford hospital, and we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated RNs to join our team. C5 is a supportive environment, with an emphasis on teamwork. Staff are supported by a Renal Clinical Nurse Consultant and Clinical Nurse Educators within the division of medicine. Staff are encouraged to further their education and progress with their professional development.
