An Eligibility List (E-List) or talent pool may be created from this recruitment episode to assist in filling future permanent, temporary, or casual full-time and part-time positions. This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks' notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.

Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Programs Manager to oversee the daily operations of programs within our Violence Abuse and Neglect (VAN) service.
This position is responsible for the Sexual Harm and Safety stream which includes Sexual Assault, New Street and Safe Wayz. It also works in partnership with the Social Work department to support the after hours on call service.
This role is suitable for the following Grades:
Occupational Therapist Level 5 Senior Psychologist Social Worker Level 5 Nurse Manager Grade 2 About You You will bring your personal attributes, relationships, and result capabilities in operationally managing multiple services with staff from a range of disciplines. You will have advanced skills in people management, engaging and motivating staff, and developing capability and potential in others that inspires direction and purpose. Your management and leadership experience and education in your health related qualification all contribute to leading and supporting high functioning teams that deliver exceptional health care fostering integration and collaboration. Where You'll be Working At Violence Abuse and Neglect on the Central Coast our services are dynamic, innovative, and leaders in trauma informed, culturally safe and strength-based care. We have a primary role of establishing safety and stabilisation for children, young people, individuals and families and work across the health system to support healing and recovery, with a focus on increasing capacity and wellbeing.
