Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organisational Improvement Partner to join our team on a temporary full-time basis until June 29, 2025.
Working across the district, this role is pivotal in driving performance improvement and organisational development initiatives that align with CCLHD's strategic goals.

As an Organisational Improvement Partner, you will work within the Healthcare Improvement Unit to implement the Our Path to Excellence initiative, which aims to create consistency with our ways of working throughout the district.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, applying your expertise in organisational development, project management, and process improvement to achieve positive outcomes.
You will lead change management initiatives, analyse data to support evidence-based decision-making, and provide coaching and guidance to uplift team performance.
You will also ensure that projects remain aligned with the CCLHD's strategic goals and contribute to enhancing healthcare services.
A strong foundation in delivering healthcare services is a strong determinant for success in this role.
This role is suitable for any of the following: Health Manager Level 3 Nurse Manager Grade 2 Physiotherapist Level 5 Occupational Therapist Level 5 About You Degree qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health professions, change management, project management, business, or a related field and/or demonstrated extensive practical experience within Healthcare in business improvement, project management, quality & safety, and change management.
You have a proven ability to influence managers and staff to facilitate new ways of working and drive performance improvements.
You have a current Drivers' Licence and willingness to travel within the Central Coast Local Health District as required.
You have demonstrated experience in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making to identify and drive business improvements.
Where You'll Be Working You will be based at Gosford Hospital, one of the key facilities within the Central Coast Local Health District.
This role involves working with multiple teams across the district, allowing you to build strong, collaborative relationships while contributing to meaningful change in healthcare delivery.
