Key Responsibilities: You have demonstrated knowledge and skills to aid those in the community with the highest quality nursing care.You have the ability to prioritise and organise your own work load.You have highly developed communication skills and can liaise with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Current registration with the AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for administration of medication (including intravenous medication administration) and hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence.Where You'll be Working This position is part of our dedicated community nursing team.
You will attend home/clinic visits across the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) supporting our patients.
