Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) has an exciting opportunity for a Health Clinician Level 4 within Sexual Harm and Safety. About You You have a Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Psychology, full registration with AHPRA or eligible for membership of AASW, and hold a NSW Driver Licence with willingness to travel for work.You possess extensive specialist knowledge in providing culturally responsive, child-centred, and family-focused counselling that is trauma-informed and evidence-based, as well as a demonstrated understanding of contextual and causal factors for sexual harm.You have demonstrated effective time management skills, capacity to prioritise competing demands, and the ability to manage and respond to self and colleagues in complex and/or stressful situations.Responsibilities
The Clinical Lead - Sexual Harm and Safety is responsible for the clinical leadership, support, and supervision of clinicians providing specialist interventions to children, young people, adults, and their families who have experienced sexual assault or who are under the age of 10 and exhibiting problematic and harmful sexual behaviours (PHSB). The position provides clinical leadership and coordination of the Safe Wayz Program, which offers training, education, support, and clinical interventions to government and non-government organisations and families where there is identified PHSB.
