Introducing a specialised service on the headspace platform dedicated to young adults aged 12-25 facing severe and complex mental health challenges. Our service offers assertive outreach and intensive case management, ensuring tailored support for every individual. We provide professional clinical services, including evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy with a strong focus on recovery. Families and carers play a crucial role with their input in assessments, care plans, and reviews. We collaborate closely with relevant agencies, actively participating in case conferences and team meetings to optimise care. About You

You have a current unrestricted drivers licence
You have postgraduate experience working within a Child and Adolescent Mental Health service or Mental Health Service.
You have demonstrated knowledge of working within a crisis intervention model of care.

This position is graded for the following:

Clinical Psychologist
Senior Psychologist
Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2
Social Worker Level 3
Welfare Officer Level 3
Counsellor Level 3
Occupational Therapist Level 3
Clinical Midwife Specialist Grade 2

Where you'll be working
The service provides assertive outreach and intensive case management, specifically aimed at engaging young people aged 12 - 25 years experiencing severe and complex mental health problems/disorders on the headspace platform. You will provide professional clinical services to young people and their families whose care might be less comprehensively addressed by headspace services alone. You will provide evidence based individual therapy trauma informed with a recovery focus. You will liaise with relevant agencies and actively participate in case conferences and team meetings concerning the care of young people and support families.
