Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer Level 3 to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team in the Wyong Mental Health Inpatient Unit. About You You have experience working in a Mental Health environment with the ability to exercise basic problem solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures. You have demonstrated customer service skills and experience with the ability to work within a team environment and high level of written and oral communication skills. You have demonstrated computer/data entry skills, specifically with MS office products in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet-based applications and databases. Where you'll be working The Administration Support Officer -Ward Clerk position provides support to all nursing staff and NUMs within the busy 35 bed Ward of the Wyong Mental Health Inpatient unit.
The Administrative Support Officer provides a comprehensive range of high-level administrative and public/customer relation support functions to support the achievement of the unit/department outcomes.
