We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join our team and work across a destination retail centre.
The Opportunity :
Lead a small facilities management team across a large and well-known retail asset going through a string of redevelopments Ensure optimal tenant satisfaction through cost effective operation and maintenance of all services. Manage operating expenditure, prepare budgets, and maintain technical records. Supervise contractors and consultants, review maintenance agreements and ensure timely completion of capital works. Assist in the implementation of energy management programs, whilst maintaining accurate records of energy consumption What's In it for you?
