Reporting to the Manager Component Workshops and operating in a fast-paced environment, this role is responsible for managing a team of boilermakers / welders and apprentices to ensure customer service excellence with high quality work being completed safely and on time.
You will liaise with other departments, schedule jobs and allocate tasks, provide quotations and estimates, and work with both new and existing fabrication designs.About YouAn effective communicator with the ambition to achieve outstanding results, you will approach everything you do with energy, drive and a commitment to excellence.
