Service Coordinator (Individual Support) - Emerald Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development)

Salary: $40.50 - $43.42 plus generous salary packaging options to increase your take home pay (part-time, 30 hours per week).
About the role:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring services are efficiently delivered to clients of CatholicCare.
The primary objective of this role includes:
Building, reviewing and maintaining an effective service schedule in line with relevant legislation, organisational guidelines and client demand; Providing responsive line management to the scheduling assistant and support workers including performance management, ensuring adequate training and completion of relevant competencies; Acting as a primary contact between support workers and the organisation ensuring the Community Care/Disability Services Manager is across all matters in a timely manner; Providing a high-quality customer-centered service in a prompt and effective manner.
What we are looking for:
A relevant qualification or alternatively extensive experience in the aged care or community care sector; Demonstrated experience managing teams.
Core Competencies:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced work environment; Sound computer skills; Demonstrated problem-solving skills; High level of customer service.
All offers of employment are subject to the satisfactory completion of relevant screening and background checks, including an Australian Federal Police check, an NDIS disability worker screening check, and attainment of a Blue Card for working with children, prior to commencement.
