The Opportunity We are seeking a Payroll Manager to join our People and Culture team from 20 January 2025.
Working closely with the payroll team across CESL, you will manage the end-to-end functions of payroll whilst ensuring appropriate governance and compliance with legislation, policies, and industrial instruments.
You will be integral to the project and change management activity required as we transition to a core centralised HR and Payroll system over the next few years.
You will have: Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent Extensive payroll experience in a large organisation Proven experience in payroll management or supervisory roles Strong ability to adapt to new technologies Proficiency in configuring payroll systems, payroll processing, and payroll analytics What CESL can offer you: Opportunity to adapt and grow the team according to evolving needs Work with a friendly and supportive team Commence in the new year - 20 January 2025 Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) CESL is situated in Central and North Eastern Victoria, home to 52 Catholic schools educating 19,750 students in large regional centres and small vibrant townships.
