A great opportunity exists for a Full Time, Fixed Term Teacher with a Position of Leadership (POL) for Director of Learning Diversity in the 2025 school year to join our positive, supportive and close-knit school environment. The successful applicant will be given a 38 Session Time Allowance to complete this role.

You will for the POL position require: Leadership and Inclusion Lead the Learning Diversity team to develop and implement inclusive programs supporting diverse learning needs. Staff Development Build staff capacity through professional learning, coaching, and support in differentiation and evidence-based practices. Encourage reflective practice and continuous professional growth. Data and Compliance Oversee NCCD data accuracy and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Use data to inform strategies for improving student outcomes. Wellbeing and Relationships Foster respectful relationships among students, staff, and families to support wellbeing and engagement. Promote equity, diversity, and cultural inclusion within the College community. Collaboration and Community Work with families, teachers, and external specialists to design and deliver effective learning plans. Celebrate student achievements and encourage community involvement.
