Catholic Education has a network of 18 Catholic schools in the Northern Territory - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools.
As our Receptionist / Administration Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and team. You'll play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and attention to detail will keep everything running like clockwork. This position is based at the Catholic Education Office.
Responsibilities: Receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, maintaining the reception area at all times by greeting and welcoming visitors through maintaining office security and following safety procedures to control access via the reception desk. Carry out a range of administrative duties that include the daily mail collection, maintaining registers, printers, admin emails, office equipment, stationary and office consumables including kitchen supplies. Maintaining office credit card purchases and processing monthly reconciliations. Contribute to WHS work practices by actively participating in meetings and fire Warden duties, ensuring that any hazardous conditions are reported to the WHS Manager and comply with the Catholic Education Safety management system. Assist leaders with administrative tasks. High level computer literacy skills. Hold NT C class drivers licence. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Great attention to detail.
