Your Role
An exciting opportunity has become available at Holy Spirit College for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Office Manager to join their team.
This is a full-time contract position, commencing January 2025 until 13 July 2025.

This position provides leadership and best practice strategies for the management of College Administrative and Human Resources processes, including strategic planning advice to the Principal and Senior Management team on office management systems.

The Office Manager manages the operation of the School's Administration Services to ensure the provision of complex and varied services and is employed within the Administration Program of Holy Spirit College which aims to:
ensure that all concerned with the College can operate within a positive and productive organisation; facilitate effective communication within the College and with relevant external agencies; provide effective organisational and administrative services to the educational endeavours of the College.
About you
The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education.
In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, and a high proficiency of computer skills.
Experience with a student management system, such as TASS, would be advantageous.
