About the Role The Director of Student Growth is a vital member of the College Leadership Team, working closely with the Principal to guide collaborative decision-making, strategic planning, and evaluation. This leadership role drives the implementation of key initiatives, monitors progress, and ensures continuous improvement across the College. By championing professional development and utilising data-driven strategies, the Director plays a pivotal role in enhancing school performance and maximising student success.
