About the Role The Director of Student Growth is a vital member of the College Leadership Team, working closely with the Principal to guide collaborative decision-making, strategic planning, and evaluation. This leadership role drives the implementation of key initiatives, monitors progress, and ensures continuous improvement across the College. By championing professional development and utilising data-driven strategies, the Director plays a pivotal role in enhancing school performance and maximising student success.

Working with Children's Check (WWCC) registrations. NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation. Academic qualifications in addition to Initial Teacher Education (Master's Degree or five-year equivalent).
