Salary Range: Graduate $84,077 to Proficient 8 $121,092 FTE gross per annum PLUS Middle Leader Tier 2 Allowance PLUS 12.75% Superannuation

About the Role The Middle Leader Pastoral supports the Leadership Team with the educational vision and mission of the school community. The role of the Middle Leader Pastoral is to provide visionary leadership by leading the planning, development, and implementation of contemporary pastoral care practice that encourages excellence in the pastoral care of students to improve student learning outcomes and build student engagement, voice, and agency. The Middle Leader Pastoral works as a part of the College Middle Leadership team.
