Ward Team Leader - Permanent Part Time Lead and support our front-line team members. Build your leadership skillset in our Catering department in this key role! About the Role This opportunity will see you assist the Food Services Manager in all operational requirements of the department including:
Menu MonitoringOversight of food preparation and delivery to our wardsEnsuring compliance with the Food Safety Plans and Hospital proceduresDelivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.No late nights required with shifts generally ranging from 10:30 am to 6:30 pmShifts are across a 7-day rosterContracted hours by discussionAbout You: To succeed in this role, you will have exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing, coupled with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop others to achieve results.
