Reporting into the Executive Chef, you will work alongside culinary professionals, whilst playing a pivotal role in leading a team of up to 300 dedicated Catering Attendants.

In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are: Monitoring standards and consistency of all production activities focussing on labour hours, wastage and flight schedules Maintaining a high-quality standard of production Diagnose and implement improvements in processes Monitor compliance requirements across health and safety, food safety (HACCP & CCP), and security.
Collaborate with other internal shareholders to coordinate all the activities involved in delivering our product Provide direction and support to a team of up to 300 Catering Attendants, proactively coaching for high performance Creating an environment where everyone can do their best work.
What do you need to be successful in securing this role?
Previous experience in leading a large team is essential.
Demonstrated success in working within an operations environment.
Experience in working in a Food Hygiene/Health & Safety/High Security environment is preferred.
Previous experience in managing more than 30 frontline staff.
Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse group of employees.
A strong commitment to food safety and compliance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
