Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Catering Driver with Waitering Experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our delicious food offerings to various event locations, while also providing exceptional waitering service as needed.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport food, beverages, and catering equipment to event venues in a timely manner. Load and unload catering supplies, ensuring that all items are secure during transit. Set up catering equipment and food displays according to event specifications and company standards. Assist with food preparation and assembly when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines and hygiene standards. Provide excellent waitering service during events, including serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and attending to guests' needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering vehicles and equipment at all times. Collaborate effectively with the catering team to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction. Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving company vehicles. Communicate professionally with clients and venue staff to coordinate delivery and service logistics. Assist with other catering-related tasks and duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:
Full Valid driver's license with a clear driving record. Previous experience as a catering driver and waiter/waitress preferred. Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices and sanitation standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy catering equipment and supplies. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Benefits:

Mabu Mabu provides catering to Greater Melbourne, we produce small-batch retail products, and we run an all-day bar and kitchen, Big Esso, at Federation Square in Naarm (Melbourne).
