About this role This position is responsible for managing the operation of the hospital's catering patient meal services, providing exceptional meal services to patients and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and hospital and health service requirements. This includes:
Managing and maintaining compliance with the Food Safety Program governed by HACCP principles and relevant authority legislation.Coordinating and supporting staff to provide the best possible service to patients and ensuring mandatory and induction training and performance development.This role reports to the Group Service Coordinator Catering Services and supervises multiple positions.
