Full-Time Catering Attendant – Uluru (Ayers Rock) The Role: The Catering Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Uluru (Ayers Rock) guests by providing food and beverage service at various locations within the Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park. Career development opportunities available. Key Responsibilities: Set up and pack down tasks for barbeque dinner experiences and sunset drinks Provide service to guests - in an efficient and professional manner Work across a variety of locations and tours within the National Park - Under the Stars,  watching the sunrise and set Understand guest requirements of food and beverages offered Have a Food Hygiene qualification or be willing to undertake (if not currently held) Cleaning duties  Work to ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times Ad-hoc duties as required We would love to talk to you if you: Enjoy creating a customer service experience within the hospitality industry Love outdoors, environment and culture Are a team player with ability to prioritise daily tasks with a can do attitude Have physical capacity to set up and pack down buffet equipment Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to obtain Desirable: Previous experience in restaurant or café environment and/or tourism and enjoy the outdoors Valid Driver's license Benefits & Perks: Opportunity to branch into other areas of the business Staff housing.
