Roster:  Monday - Friday 4pm - 8:30pm What This Role Involves: Management of cooking/food preparation experience Cooking a variety of healthy & nutritious freshly made snacks and drinks Taking orders, customer service and cash register operations Monitoring and promoting kitchen hygiene & food safety practices Monitoring food costs, ordering and stock replenishment Managing and liaising with volunteers Cleaning of kitchen areas and dish-washing
