Our beautiful Villa Maria,is a 100 bed Residential Aged Care home located in Eastern Heights. We are looking for Catering assistants to work on a casual basis to cover annual, sick and training leave.

You will also deliver meals to our residents in a professional and efficient matter and maintain cleanliness in our dining room and servery areas.

To be considered a successful candidate, you will possess the following: A fabulous attitude! Need tohave at least 3 days availability a week Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an Aged Care environment - ideally. We are happy to train if you have that fabulous attitude! Knowledge in food preparation and safe food handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Awareness of all relevant WHS guidelines and HACCP requirements Tertiary qualification in food preparation / commercial cookery (advantageous BUT not essential) NDIS check or willing to obtain Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services and retirement living across NSWand SE QLD.
