Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Portioning and packaging meals according to specificationsMeasuring quantities of food items according to specificationsGeneral kitchen duties as requiredTo be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills: Attention to detailAbility to follow and adhere to processesSome experience in food preparation and handlingFamiliarity with food safety principlesWorking knowledge of OH&SAvailable to work a 7-day fixed roster (including public holidays, weekends, morning or afternoon shifts)What Gate Gourmet will offer you!
