Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for events and hospitality? We're seeking a dedicated Catering Administrator to join our dynamic team at RAC Arena. As a Catering Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering department. Your responsibilities will include:
About Role Coordinating catering orders for sporting events Preparing detailed estimates for backstage crew catering and riders Sourcing and purchasing products for backstage requirements Providing administrative support to the management team Assisting with recruitment and training processes Maintaining accurate records and databases About You Minimum 12 months of event / hospitality administration experience Cert III in Events or Administration or related field Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A positive and proactive attitude A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Shortlisting and interviewing of suitable candidates will commence immediately, don't delay in your application.
