Job Description Reporting directly to the Group Workplace Relations Manager, the role will be responsible for:
Providing sound, practical advice and solutions to management in employee performance and disciplinary matters Further developing effective employee and industrial relations strategies, solutions, and interventions to enhance a positive workplace culture and business performance Conducting training and development of line management in employee and industrial relations Maintaining an issues status log and providing regular ER/IR risk reporting Reviewing and appraising company ER/IR policies and procedures Desired Skills and Experience You will have the following:
Experience working in a large multi-site organisation Significant experience in an employee & industrial relations role within Australia Sound working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, and contemporary case law Demonstrated experience with conducting, investigating, and resolving workplace matters Advocacy before the Fair Work Commission is an advantage Experience in report writing and reviewing policies and procedures What can you expect from us?
