Description: The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Sous Chef for our kitchen operations at Ballarat.

Roster:
Monday to Friday - School term only
6:00am - 2:30pm

What This Role Involves: Food preparation and presentation of all meals served including Residential Halls, Cafes and Event Catering. Ensure compliance to the food safety program. Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking. Maintain budgetary KPIs. Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices. Fast effective service provided with a smile.
