We're all about passion, energy, and teamwork to serve uplifting moments to our consumers and truly be at the heart of good times.As the Category & Portfolio Strategy Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and champion Lion Australia's portfolio strategy by developing and executing key initiatives that embed best-in-class category principles into our brand strategies and plans.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Support the development of Lion's overarching portfolio strategy across Beer & RTD.Portfolio Management: Oversee the portfolio health review and integration of future-focused opportunities into Integrated Business Planning.Category Management: Partner with the Category and RGM teams to ensure that brand plans reflect best in class category management principles, with a focus on Right Range and Right Price.Insights and Reporting: Manage insights and reporting, ensuring marketing and brand plans are insight-driven and aligned with our overall portfolio strategy.Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to drive strategy execution across channels, customers, and brands.What You'll Bring:Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Deep knowledge of the Australian Liquor and FMCG landscape, category management, and commercial drivers.Proven experience in category and brand management, with a track record of strategic planning and stakeholder alignment.Join us in building the next chapter of a proud Lion legacy by embracing a challenger mindset - being curious, courageous, and acting with conviction.
