Job DescriptionAre you ready to drive process optimization, manage impactful projects, and support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? Join Montu as a Category Operations Specialist and play a critical role in the success of our newly formed Category Management team. Reporting to the Head of Category Management, you'll ensure the smooth operation of a function pivotal to Montu's growth and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and implement opportunities for improving category management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Select, implement, and maintain systems and tools to support category management activities while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Lead and manage category-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on category management strategies and successful project execution.Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices, creating a centralized knowledge base.Provide technical support and training to team members, enabling effective utilization of tools and systems.Assist the Head of Category and team members with various tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement solutions to mitigate them effectively.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proficiency in data management or collaboration tools, with experience in Category Management tools or software being highly desirable.Good understanding of data analysis and market research methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in both remote and team-based settings.Adaptability to change, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.Additional InformationYou'll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
