You will be responsible for optimising performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
Your role:Develop and drive category strategies that maximise profitability and growthAnalyse market trends, benchmarking, and competitor activitiesNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliersManage supplier relationships and performance for continuous improvementMonitor category performance and implement changes based on key metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goalsYour expertise:Minimum 2 years proven experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or a similar roleQualifications in Supply Chain Management/Procurement preferredStrong computer skills and the ability to navigate various software and systems efficiently.Excellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholdersA strategic mindset with a focus on resultsWho we are:We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
