ABOUT YOUR ROLE We have an excellent career opportunity for a procurement category lead with experience in domestic ANZ freight/transport and third-party warehouse sourcing who has a strong expertise and desire to drive value by collaborating cross functionally and unlocking value across the value chain. An important dimension of this role is the management of ocean freight sourcing across API that includes international and domestic carriers and freight forwarding providers. The role reports into Group Procurement and works closely with various business teams such as Sales, Safety Engineering and technology and Supply Chain Leadership Teams. Your key to success will be the ability to formulate and implement sourcing strategies, partner with stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes with the supplier base. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to support CCEP's domestic freight network across Australia and New Zealand including road, rail and sea freight Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for sourcing ocean freight across the API region Commercial aptitude and deep operational understanding of supply chain to drive value and efficiencies Developing strong relationships with supplier base Developing internal relationships with commercial, state logistics managers and national logistics managers Ability to stand on, develop strategic category and undertake strategic negotiation internally and externally LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU! You will have: a minimum of 7 years within the supply chain and Logistics industry, ideally within FMCG / CPG industry, Retail, 3 PL, Mining, Agriculture etc. a thorough understanding of the ANZ landscape with a focus on logistics a strong collaboration mindset and influencing skills to tackle things head on to maximise business outcomes. commercial acumen is essential to be successful in optimising CCEP end to end value chain the ability to thrive in a fast pace working environment that is continually changing.
