Social : Recognition programs and social events to celebrate our team's achievementsAbout the opportunity:As a result of strong growth in the Milwaukee AU business we have an opportunity for a strategic, analytical and process-driven Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team.This role will be hybrid with working from home options and is based at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill.Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner – Product, the key responsibilities of this role will include:Conduct financial analysis for product campaign/event proposals for informed decision-making whilst managing approved promotional spend and conduct post implementation reviews for the same.Actively engage in Category Health Review discussions to support decision-making with ARO (assumptions/risks/opportunities) data in areas such market growth, inventory risk mitigation and product profitability improvement.Engage in comprehensive scenario planning to provide guidelines for strategic business decisions by optimizing volume and price mix.Conduct and coordinate monthly NPD pricing approval process ensuring that pricing strategies for new products align with overall business goals.Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvementAbout YOUTo be successful in this role you will have:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant professional certification (CPA or CA).A minimum 5 years of experience in finance or business analysis, preferably in a product driven environment.Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in BI and planning tools such as QLIK and Anaplan and experience with SAP is preferred.Advanced Excel skills and MS Power Automate skills are highly regarded.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.If you fit the above attributes and are excited at the prospect of joining a large, successful and dynamic organisation, then please apply now!
