About the role:Drive the success of VidaCorps' Consumer Brands portfolio across all relevant channels.
Liaising across the business to put together plans for brand/product launches, promotions and activations, this role will ensure influence across all trade-related activities.
The role requires a deep understanding of all relevant channels within the market and how to engage customers to support our brands and new product launches.Role & Responsibilities:Lead & development of Category Growth Platforms in conjunction with manager.Lead development of 4P Category Success Model Principals in conjunction with manager.Conduct detailed modelling and analysis.In collaboration with Senior Manager & Sales team, develop customer/brand activation calendars.Work closely with the cross-functional team on brand/product launches.In collaboration with Senior Manager, Sales & Brand team, lead external customer engagement activities.Openness to increased portfolio responsibility if the need arises.Skills & Experience:Tertiary qualification in Business discipline, Marketing and/or Project Management focus.Minimum 3 years' experience across account management, brand management, trade marketing, or category strategy.Project management experience.Strategic and analytical skills.Experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders.P&L literacy.Forecasting and demand planning.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
