About The RoleSupport and assist the Category Manager in all aspects of product planning, indent buy compilation, key account management, sample management and range preparation for CALVIN KLEIN. You will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and the ability to effectively liaise with suppliers and customers, including Myer and David Jones on a regular basis. Based at our Head Office in Sydney CBD, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare linelists, retailer buy sheets and merchandise plans for customer range showingsPopulate SAP upload sheet with style attributes including pricing and sizingLiaise with external customers, shipping, customer service and provide information on cancellations, changes and deliveriesManage incoming samples for all marketsPrepare sample range for market showingsSkills, Experience & Personal AttributesDemonstrated category/buyers assistant experience within a wholesale environment, preferably with an international brand working across multiple categoriesPrior experience working with off-shore suppliersAdvanced computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteMust have Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPSKnowledge and experience with SAP idealExcellent attention to detail and accuracy entering dataStrong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasksAbout The CompanyPVH is one of the world's largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries.
