The role entails: Partnering with interesting and diverse businesses to provide HR support across all dimensions of generalist HR Building meaningful relationships with clients and their teams Working together with the principals and senior advisors on strategic HR assignments Mentoring junior advisors to develop their HR skills and experience Overseeing the day-to-day HR function for a number of clients, working in a team to ensure that together all key milestones are met Key Responsibilities To be successful in this position you need to be able to demonstrate:
