We are currently looking for an individual to join our exciting store working as a Full-Time Shop Assistant.
About The Role We currently have Full-Time & Casual positions available at our workspace in Brisbane's Rocklea Markets (on-site work).
This is a multi-faceted role, ranging between Customer Service, Logistics, and Warehouse Assistance.
Must have weekend availability Shifts start at 3 am; therefore, your own transport would be a distinct advantage This is an essential role within the team, and we would love to see the candidate jumping in to make the whole team run smoothly across the board.
A high level of pride in your work is a must! This role includes training and work within our Warehouse team, logistics booking assistance, helping to load and unload trucks, assisting with stock control, stock take, and general warehouse duties as needed.
Your role may include: Customer Service (emails, calls, general help - no face-to-face service) Unpacking trucks Managing your workspace in a clean and efficient manner Logistics and courier communication Assisting in preparation, packaging, and dispatch to our QLD stores Improving systems and procedures Rotating stock to help reduce waste Maintaining the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly manner General housekeeping Stocktake Experience and Skills Required Ability to follow and improve systems and procedures Well-organised with high attention to detail Customer Service experience Able to work as a positive and helpful team member Forklift licence would be advantageous but not essential Benefits Become the next superstar in your team Work as part of a great team Industry-leading 25% discount in Harris Farm across all products in store If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
