We are currently looking for an individual to join our exciting store working as a Full Time Shop Assistant
About The Role
We currently have a Full Time & Casual positions availableat our workspace in Brisbane's, Rocklea Markets (on-site work).
This is a multi-faceted role, ranging between Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse Assistance
Must have weekend availabilityShifts start at 3am therefore your own transport would be a distinct advantageThis is an essential role within the team and we would love to see the candidate jumping in to make the whole team run smoothly across the board.A high level of pride in your work is a must!
This role will suit someone who has experience working in within a similar warehouse environment .
Along with thriving in a fast-paced environment working towards deadlines, you will have a voice to make impact in our company and we would love to champion your individual skillset.
This role includes training and work within ourWarehouse team, logistics booking assistance.
You will behelping to load and unload trucks.
You will also assist with stock control, stock take and general warehouse duties as needed.
Your role may include:
Customer Service (emails, calls, general help - no face-to-face service)Unpacking trucksManaging your workspace in a clean andefficient mannerLogistics and courier communicationAssisting in preparation, packaging and dispatch our QLD storesImproving systems and proceduresRotating stock to help reduce wasteMaintaining warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly mannerGeneral house-keepingStocktakeExperience and Skills Required
Ability to follow and improve systems and proceduresWell-organised with high attention todetailCustomer Service experienceAble to work as a positive and helpful team memberForklift licence would be advantageous but not essential Benefits
