Your role will involve orchestrating seamless rounds with Geriatricians, Physicians, and GPs, meticulously coordinating appointments, and fostering clear communication between on-site staff and remote healthcare providers. The successful candidate will contribute to our care model by engaging in organic business development to expand the resident base. Proficiency in computer usage is a must, and while prior telehealth experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
