About the roleWe are currently recruiting to expand our brilliant staff team and strengthen it further in all areas of the school and college. We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who are able to work at both or either of our Wimborne College or Colehill School sites. You must have a "can do" attitude and be flexible as part of the school and college's supply bank of staff.The role involves assisting the teacher and other teaching assistants in the development and implementation of a programme of work and in providing a stable, caring and supportive learning environment for the pupils. You will be part of a team that is experienced and supportive where you can really get to know the pupils and your colleagues whilst working with pupils in small groups. The role is very varied, with no one day being the same, whilst being extremely rewarding. A normal working day for a Teaching Assistant is 8:45am to 3:45pm with half an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday, term time only.
