In accordance with the CQUniversity Enterprise Agreement 2023 (clause 15.2.3) ordinary hours of work may be up to 36.25 hours per week with a minimum of one hour engagement per job per day.
Work should be performed between Monday and Friday, 7am to 6pm.
Total weekly work hours must not exceed 36.25 ordinary hours.
Weekend work or total hours exceeding 36.25 ordinary hours per week is only permitted with prior approval from the immediate supervisor.
Position Requirements TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or a higher-level qualification in adult education.
One of the following as a minimum qualification, Diploma of Community Services, Cert IV Mental Health, Cert IV Child, Youth and Family Intervention, Cert IV Youth Work or similar Relevant Industry experience to complement the qualification held.
