We are currently expanding into palliative care and have many exciting things to come in the future   About you and the role   At CSI, we provide the highest standard of care to our clients who partner with us to allow them to live their life, their way. You will provide a wide range of in-home support, which may include assisting clients with personal care needs, domestic activities, transportation services and social support.   Some shifts may also require assisting clients with complex personal needs as well as using lifters and providing transportation services.   Please note that as a Support Worker you will be required to have and willing to use your personal smart phone for work purposes as well as a reliable and safe motor vehicle (if providing transport shifts).   Key Experience Required for the role Passion for helping and supporting those who are living with a disability Certificate IV Mental Health or above desirable Experience in positive behavior support and MAPA NDIS clearance- desirable  Current valid Police Check (within the last 6 months) Current First Aid Certificate Unrestricted Drivers' License and roadworthy-ensured vehicle if transporting clients  Culture and Benefits   We do whatever we can to ensure that all staff enjoy their employment with us and regularly reward staff for excellent service delivered.
